Who operates VisitSend

VisitSend is operated by Figured Media Inc., Canada. Workspace businesses manage the customer records they place in the portal. For questions about VisitSend's handling of personal information, contact hello@visitsend.com.

Information handled by the portal

The portal can process account and workspace information, customer and property details, quotes and jobs, schedules, communications, uploaded files, and security or operational logs. The exact information depends on the features your workspace uses.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the requested business workflows, keep records connected, secure accounts, diagnose reliability issues, support users, and operate enabled integrations. Access is scoped through account roles and workspace controls.

Facebook and Messenger

When a workspace enables the Meta integration, authorized connections can provide Facebook Page and participant identifiers, messages and attachments, timestamps and referral details, and available participant names and profile pictures. Connection credentials are used to access the selected Page. Authorized staff use this information to handle conversations in Inbox, reply through the connected Page, and link conversations to the workspace's business records.

Profile pictures and names depend on the information Meta makes available to the integration. Stored Messenger identity and profile-picture data are encrypted, and Inbox profile pictures are served through authenticated, workspace-scoped access. The integration does not provide a way to browse unrelated Facebook profiles.

Service providers

The portal relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, database services, authentication, email, file storage, payments when enabled, and mapping when enabled. Those providers process information needed to perform their services.

Hosting and storage

Vercel provides application hosting. Supabase provides database, authentication, and storage services. These providers process portal information as needed to deliver their services, including information handled by enabled integrations.

Google Street View

If a workspace enables the optional property preview, the browser sends the trusted property location and ordinary connection information to Google Maps Platform to request nearby Street View coverage. The portal does not download, cache, email, convert, or save Google imagery as a quote photo. Staff-uploaded photos take priority, and a user can dismiss an incorrect preview locally. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms.

Retention and choices

Business records are retained according to the workspace's operational needs and configured services. Ask your workspace administrator about access, correction, export, or deletion requests that apply to your records. Some records may need to remain where required for security, billing, audit, or business continuity.

Messenger access and deletion requests

Messenger transcripts and downloaded attachments have no automatic retention deadline and remain until an authorized erasure. Limited non-content audit and reporting evidence may remain; linked quotes and jobs are handled separately.

A workspace administrator can disconnect the Meta connection to stop using it. Disconnecting does not automatically delete existing business or conversation records. Ask the workspace administrator to arrange an authorized deletion request for retained Messenger data. Meta data-deletion requests are also handled through the integration's configured deletion callback.

You can contact hello@visitsend.com for help directing an access, correction, or deletion request.

Security and questions

Administrative, technical, and access controls are used to protect portal information, but no online system can eliminate every risk. For privacy questions or a suspected incident, contact your workspace administrator or use the support channel shown inside the application.
