VisitSend

Terms

These terms describe the basic rules for accessing and using the VisitSend operations portal.

Last updated August 27, 2026

Using the portal

Use the portal only for authorized business activity and follow the access rules set by your workspace administrator. Keep sign-in credentials private and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Your content and records

You are responsible for the customer, property, quote, job, photo, message, and other information you enter or upload. Only provide information you are permitted to use, and review important outputs before relying on or sending them.

Acceptable use

  • Do not access another workspace or another person's account without authorization.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not interfere with the portal, its security controls, or connected services.

Third-party maps

Some workspaces may enable a Google Street View preview to help staff visually verify a property. Google imagery remains a Google service and is not stored as a property or job photo. Use of that preview is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and applicable Google service terms.

Service changes and availability

Features may change as the shared application evolves or as a workspace enables or disables integrations. A workspace administrator may restrict access, and third-party integrations can be unavailable independently of the portal.

Questions

For account, workspace, or legal questions, contact your workspace administrator or use the support channel shown inside the application.
